Tamara Marahi, from Cardiff, gathered four full buckets of trash plus a 40-pound broken planter and won $200 in clothing from Billabong at the Traoga yoga-sponsored clean-up event Oct. 9 between F Street and Coast Highway 101 in Encinitas.
