Whalen selected as Association’s interim manager

RANCHO SANTA FE —In August, the Rancho Santa Fe Association board of directors executed personnel changes.

The Association’s communications manager, Christy Whalen, will now be serving as the  interim manager for the Association.

Fulfilling Whalen’s communication’s role is Karlin Molina.

Recently, the Association announced that its building commissioner Robert Green would be retiring Sept. 2. Green has been with the Association for 19 years.

While Green will continue on in an advisory role during the transitionary period, the board of directors named Tom Farrar as interim building commissioner.

Farrar was hired by the Association in Feb. as director of planning.

Don May, who took on the role of interim manager following Bill Overton’s resignation on June 30, was named by the board of directors as director of accounting, technology, and compliance.
