SAN DIEGO — The San Diego Union-Tribune reports that former KUSI-TV weatherman Joe Lizura pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor on Jan. 31 for masturbating in the window of an office building in October.
Lizura abruptly resigned as weatherman. Following the plea and he was placed on three years probation and ordered to attend counseling and pay a $200 fine. Police say a woman in her 20s saw Lizura touching himself as he watched her waiting at a bus stop. Lizura reportedly told police he was adjusting blinds.
