CARLSBAD — The Carlsbad Senior Center offers a watercolor class for adults 50-plus, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Thursdays beginning March 28.Tackle something new and enjoy the beautiful medium of watercolor painting with the center’s Fun with Watercolors art class. Learn the basic elements of painting, color, washes, value and techniques to create a great composition in this six-week class. Class begins with a demonstration and includes a color reference photo for transferring obanto watercolor paper.
The cost is $90 for Carlsbad residents and $100 for non-residents. A material list is available at the center.
