Three arrested at Encinitas home for alleged drug sales

ENCINITAS — Sheriff’s deputies served a search warrant at an Encinitas home, seized large amounts of narcotics and cash and made three arrests, department officials said on Thursday, Sept. 28.

The warrant was served Wednesday at the home of 30-year-old Robert Lorifice in the 1600 block of Blossom Field Way, sheriff’s Sgt. Nathan Rowley said.

Detectives found one pound of each of methamphetamine and heroin, 850 possibly counterfeit Xanax pills, psilocybin mushrooms, a large amount of cash and “additional evidence of drug sales,” he said.

Deputies arrested Lorifice without incident, along with 34-year-old Thomas Hebert and 20-year-old Lillian Weigle.
