Take in the views at SummerHouse’s sneak peek event

CARLSBAD — Prospective buyers will get a look at the sun-drenched coastal views from Zephyr’s SummerHouse luxury beach condos at a preview event Jan. 17, from noon to 3 p.m. Attendees will get a look at the second story sights and enjoy complimentary refreshments.

The 35-unit community boasts sweeping views of the ocean and Buena Vista Lagoon, with move-ins starting early this year.

Perfect for full time or second-home buyers, SummerHouse residents can leave the car in the garage, because The Carlsbad Village is steps away, offering entertainment, shopping and dining. The condos also have direct access to surf and sand. Whether it’s a paddleboard lesson in the grand Pacific Ocean, or margaritas with friends, all the best of Carlsbad is just a stroll away.

The seaside lifestyle is made complete with a full range of recreational options nearby, including the ocean for fishing, paddle boarding and water skiing, and Calaveras Park for hiking and mountain biking.

SummerHouse brings hospitality to real estate by offering a luxurious concierge service that will cut down on planning time and maximize fun in the sun. An onsite concierge service will be on hand to perform a range of helpful tasks such as scheduling a surf lesson or walking the dog.

The beach house community is located at 2303 Ocean St. On-site amenities include a pool, fire pits and cabanas, and a fitness center. Prices range from $1.3 million to $2.4 million.

As part of Zephyr’s unique building nature, each of the 35 floors plans, featuring California Coastal architecture, vary from building to building, with eight general styles. The single-story condominiums range from 1,800- to 2,700-square-feet with two and three bedrooms, plus a den, and 2.5 or three bathrooms. Other fine touches include disappearing La Cantina doors on to the large lanais, spacious kitchen islands, top of the line appliances, designer cabinets and detailed interior finishes.

The sales center is open Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather and construction permitting, or by appointment. For more information, visit:
