Swinging for the fences

DEL MAR — Philip Rivers, Kellen Clemens, Trevor Hoffman and Bob Scanlan all took their hacks on the Engel Family Field’s diamond, swinging for the fences Saturday, to help raise funds during the 10th annual home run derby for the Miracle League of San Diego.
