Summerset Estates set to open mid-April

” we gotta get outa this place, if it’s the last thing we ever do”! we are giving up on oceanside ever changing for the better; it just gets worst and worst as our corrupt politicians get greedier and the developer’s lobbyists get more generous. our quality of life and our personal safety is being sold out to these rapacious developers by our city hall political prostitutes! “we gotta get outa this place, girl, there’s a better life for you and me!” we feel like we are being run out of oceanside on rails!

re the new prestige homes looking down on us peons and paupers: if we need to ask the price, then, we prolly cain’t afford to buy one, no how! are we totally sure that this super-steep, homesite precipice is stable enough to support 22 mcmansions in an el nino deluge??

we are writing off formerly lovely oceanside as a viable place to retire! each new low-income, extremely high density, public housing development like VILLA ASSTORIA AT THE MISSION BY BEAZER HOMES further degrades our quality of life and further erodes our personal and public security and safety! for what? to fund municipal pensions? the rapacious developers and their political escorts,mistresses and prostitutes are driving us retirees out of oceanside on rails!
