Showcase supports homeless teens

LA JOLLA —
CStar Productionz’ annual talent show “ALL 4 U,” will hit the stage at 7 p.m. Feb. 21, offering a blend of traditional, cultural dances from ancient times, to modern day jazz and hip hop.
Christopher Estrella, director and founder of C-Star Productionz, has been dancing. choreographing and teaching hip hop for a decade, but has a deep appreciation for all styles of dance. His vision is twofold: to give performers the opportunity to live out their passions, and to give homeless teenagers the chance to have better lives.
Jeffery Sitcov, founder of Photocharity, is trying to raise $1 million in 2009 for his latest project, The House of Hope, a home for homeless young adults ages 18 to 24. Currently, there is no facility for this age group in San Diego and there are an estimated 5,000 of these young people sleeping on the streets every night. The All 4 U showcase will donate a portion of its proceeds to help build this home where they will receive shelter and learn job and life skills that were never acquired
Tickets can be purchased through the UCSD Mandeville at boxofficeucsd.edu or by calling (858) 534-TIXS. For more information on Photocharity, visit www.photocharity.com.
