SOLANA BEACH — Sheriff’s detectives are attempting to locate the owner of a purse that was found at 12:45 p.m. on Jan. 23. The purse was located in front of a business in the area of 700 S. Highway 101. If you lost a purse during this time frame and location, the Sheriff’s department is asking to contact Det. Jaime Rodrguez from the Encinitas Sheriff’s Department at (760) 966-3504.
