Runners become electric

DEL MAR – Light and sound cut through the darkness of night at the Del Mar Fairgrounds Saturday night as part of the Electric Run 5K.

It was the second time the event has taken place at the fairgrounds. Thousands of runners took to the course adorned with glow sticks, florescent running gear and glow paint.
