Reward offered for ‘Drywaller Bandit’

COAST CITIES — Sandiego6.com reports that authorities announced a $20,000 reward Dec. 29 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a serial bank robber.
The so called “Drywaller Bandit” has robbed six banks in North County over the last several months, the latest taking place this week.
The thief earned his moniker because of the construction-style dust mask he has worn during some of the heists.
The suspect is described as being a white male approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, 175 pounds in his late 20s to early 40s with brown hair.
Anyone with information about the robbery series is asked to contact San Diego County Crime Stoppers at (888) 580-8477. Tipsters may remain anonymous.
