Pitcher wins celebrity classic

CARLSBAD — Former MLB pitcher Mark Mulder won the 15th annual Celebrity Championship Golf Tournament hosted Marshall Faulk last weekend at La Costa Resort and Spa.The tournament featured more than 50 celebrities from the NFL, NHL, NBA, and MLB as well as Olympians and stars from television and motion pictures.

Celebrities including Marshall Faulk, Ray Romano, Brian Baumgartner, Marcus Allen, Jerry Rice, Rollie Fingers, Jermaine Dye and many more, contributed in giving their time and support at this year’s championship.

The funds raised at this year’s benefit will be donated to the Junior Seau Foundation and the Marshall Faulk Foundation.
