VISTA — San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department Vista station are asking for assistance from the public in identifying a parolee wanted for assault and indecent exposure.
Andres Hernandez Camarena was driving on the 400 block of Massachusetts Avenue in Vista when he contacted two teenage females (ages 15 and 17) who were walking together on Sept. 12 at about 7:40 p.m. He told the girls that he was lost and asked them for directions while masturbating in his vehicle. One of the girls used her cellular telephone to photograph the rear license plate.
