Can someone tell me if the Oside PD along with the Carlsbad PD have a traffic enforcement division. We live on Fire Mountain in Oside and with out fail witness multiple cars run red lights both at Jefferson & Vista Way and El Camino Real & Vista Way. And Stops signs might just as well be Yield Right a Way signs. I guess it will take a serious accident with kids of life for someone to take action. No one bothers obeying speed limits, so why would they observe all the other traffic laws, especially when there is zero enforcement.
