Santa Margarita Boy Scout District Troop 799 Eagle Scout Jase Pollard celebrates with his mom, Kristie Pollard, at his Court of Honor. Pollard is a senior at Vista High School where he is active in both football and soccer. He completed his project at the San Diego Archeological Center in Escondido where he built a 10-foot-by-8-foot storage shed.
