ENCINITAS — Lux Art Institute, at 1550 S. El Camino Real, invites the community to its Lux After Dark gala to be held at 6 p.m. Oct. 9 at the estate of Linda Brandes in Rancho Santa Fe.
The gala celebrates the new season of resident artists, Lux’s art education programs for children, and will honor Lux Board President Paul Robinson.
The evening’s highlights will include a martini bar by St. Petersburg Vodka, wine by The Four Graces Winery, dinner catered by ChileCo, and a chance to win a piece of jewelry by K Brunini Jewels. There will be dancing to the music of The Len Rainey Band, and a special surprise performance.
The live auction will feature:
— a long weekend of luxury at a New York City penthouse
— a retreat to a Spanish-style hacienda in Puerto Vallarta
— an escape to Asia with a stay at a Shanghai abode
Tickets are $250 each. All proceeds benefit Lux programs. Call (760) 436-6611 or visit www.luxartinstitute.org. For more information, contact Development Manager Colleen O’Halloran at [email protected].
