CITY OF ENCINITAS SECTION A: NOTICE INVITING BIDS NOTICE INVITING BIDS CITY OF ENCINITAS Annual Storm Drain Rehabilitation/Repair FY 2017-2018 CD05E Notice is hereby given that the City of Encinitas will receive ELECTRONIC BIDS ONLY, via the on-line bidding service PlanetBids, up to 2:00 PM, on Thursday, September 27, 2018.
