SAN DIEGUITO WATER DISTRICT STATE OF CALIFORNIA NOTICE INVITING BIDS The San Dieguito Water District, Owner, invites sealed bid for: Cambridge Avenue/Edinburg Avenue Alley Water Improvements PROJECT NO. The City has approximately 15,000 street and park trees that comprise its Community Forest.
