ENCINITAS — The city of Encinitas Parks and Recreation Department has issue a Notice of Closure for the Grandview Beach access stairs. The stairs will be closed between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Nov. 15 through Nov. 18, for refurbishment. For more information, call (760)633-2740.
