Events for everyone ready at library

RANCHO SANTA FE — The Martha Glasgow Youth Services Wing has a host of events scheduled for the holiday season.
The Monday Read to Feed Book Club is held at 3:30 p.m. Dec. 7 and Dec. 14 for ages 4 to 8. The group will study one author for the month. Every Saturday is Reading Buddies from 2 to 4 p.m. Any age reader can spend time in the library reading to a volunteer. Participants must sign-up at the Youth Services Desk.
Tuesday Preschool Story Time is held at 12:30 p.m. The weekly topics will be houses and homes Dec. 8 and holiday stories Dec. 15.
Thursday Craft Afternoons will be held at 3:30 p.m. with a Hanukkah craft Dec. 10 and a winter craft Dec. 17.
The Rancho Santa Fe Book Club will not meet again until Jan. 8 from 2 to 3 p.m. to discuss “Peace Like a River,” by Leif Enger.
From 2 to 4:30 p.m. Dec. 11 the Rancho Santa Fe Library Guild Christmas Tea and tree raffle is scheduled. Organizations, individuals or families are all welcome to donate a tree, wreath or any other kind of Christmas decoration to put up for raffling.
