CPR class offered for Rancho district residents

RANCHO SANTA FE — The Rancho Santa Fe Fire Protection District and the San Diego Medical Services Enterprise are teaming up to provide a free community CPR class in Rancho Santa Fe. The class, which is open to residents living within the district, will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 25 at Station 1, 16936 El Fuego. While the class is being offered for free, reservations are needed by April 22 by calling Loralee Olejnik, Community Relations Specialist for SDMSE, at (619) 243-0200.
The mission of the Rancho Santa Fe Fire Protection District is “To protect life, property, and environment through prevention, preparedness, education and emergency response.” Formed in 1946, the Fire District now spans approximately 42-square miles and protects more than 29,000 citizens. The Fire District currently operates out of four full-time fire stations and serves the communities within and surrounding Rancho Santa Fe and 4S-Ranch.
