Catalina Express debuts day pass

LONG BEACH — Catalina Express is featuring a Catalina Day Pass, downloadable from www.CatalinaExpress.com, through June 12, that offers savings on adventures and activities on Catalina. Just by presenting or referencing the Catalina Day Pass, visitors receive discounts on the Jeep Eco Tour, Catalina Scuba Luv, Descanso Beach Ocean Sports, Guided Natural History Kayak Tours, Catalina Island Golf Course, Ocean Rafting, and Parasailing.
The three-hour Custom Jeep Eco Tour takes passengers into Catalina’s wild lands, guided by an island naturalist; golf aficionados can tee up on the Catalina Island Golf Course, a 2,100-yard-course, with nine challenging holes and two sets of tees for 18-hole play. The Catalina Scuba Luv offers underwater adventure, with discounts for day-trippers on rentals, guided and introductory dives and snorkeling tours. Descanso Beach Ocean Sports features two-for-one rentals of kayaks, snorkel gear, and wetsuits.
