LEUCADIA — Leucadia 101 Main Street Association is now accepting applications from artists who would like to participate in the seventh annual LeucadiART Walk. Space is limited and applications must be received by April 18.
LeucadiART Walk is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 28. For more information on LeucadiART Walk, call (760) 436-2320 or visit leucadia101.com.
LeucadiART Walk is free to the public and will feature local art galleries and artists displaying their work along Coast Highway 101 in Leucadia. In addition, there will be art demonstrations, live entertainment and children’s activities. Collectable walking maps will be available listing participating galleries and art expo locations.
A free shuttle bus service will be in place, running up and down Coast Highway 101. Visitors are encouraged to use the Encinitas City Hall and Coaster parking lots on Vulcan Avenue where there is a shuttle bus stop.
The Leucadia – Encinitas Highway 101 MainStreet Association is a nonprofit organization formed in 2003, dedicated to the historic preservation and revitalization of Leucadia’s North Highway 101 Corridor.
