ENCINITAS — Two weekends of painters, photographers and garden artisans working and display their art from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Aug. 20 and Aug. 21 and Aug. 27 and Aug. 28
At “Art in the Garden” at Weidner’s Gardens, 695 Normandy Rd.
See the art amid the virtual flower show of blooming baskets, pots of flowering plants of the nursery. For both weekends, artists will be painting and photographers and other artisans will be showing their creations to enhance your garden. Rancho Santa Fe Art Guild and San Dieguito Art Guild along with other artists will be participating.
All artists and photographers will have art for purchase. The event is free to the public. Last minute artists are welcome to join. See Art in the Garden Guidelines at weidners.com
Along with the beauty and activities, there will be bargains for the gardener. Weidner’s Gardens will open its annual Fall Closing sale one week early to accommodate the Art in the Garden visitors.
