COAST CITIES — Meals-on-Wheels, Greater San Diego, invites volunteers from all over San Diego County to join them in making a difference in the lives of local seniors.
Meals-on-Wheels and its volunteers often develop friendships as well as providing regular nutrition and daily contact and interaction with the individual who delivers their meal. In addition to the meals, volunteers also provide a safety check, to ensure that senior clients are comfortable and healthy.
