At the recent District Convention of International Lions District 4L6, with Lions Clubs from San Diego and Imperial County, delegates selected Encinitas Lion Julie Crawford as the new District Governor, above with her husband, Encinitas Lion and past International Director Bill Crawford. In the next year, she will work to strengthen and improve the 63 clubs in her district.
