SAN MARCOS — Contestants are being sought for the annual Miss San Marcos and Miss Teen San Marcos Pageant, which will take place on Feb. 27 at the San Marcos Community Center, 3 Civic Center Drive.
Applications are available at the Community Center. The deadline to register is Jan. 13.
Young ladies 17 years of age who are high school seniors through ladies 22 years of age who have resided in San Marcos for the past six months are eligible to enter the Miss San Marcos Pageant. Teens between 13 and 17 years of age who have resided in San Marcos for the past six months are eligible to enter the Miss Teen San Marcos Pageant.
The winners of the San Marcos pageant will serve as ambassadors for the community for the upcoming year. Along with the queen, the judging panel will select princesses during the pageant.
