CITY OF ENCINITAS PUBLIC NOTICE – 2018 SCHEDULED VACANCIES ON CITY COUNCIL APPOINTED COMMISSIONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Encinitas is accepting applications for appointment to City Commissions. Application forms must be completed online from the City’s website. All applicants must be registered voters of the City of Encinitas. There are two (2) application deadlines-one for incumbents wishing to reapply and a later date for all other applicants.
