NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY FOR PUBLIC REVIEW HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ENCINITAS Draft FY2015-2020 Public Housing Agency Plan The draft FY2015-2020 Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan is available for public review and comment from February 6 through March 22, 2015. The PHA Plan identifies the mission, and housing needs, goals and objectives for the City of Encinitas Housing Authority (Housing Authority) over the next five-year period. The five-year period will begin on July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2020. The Housing Authority receives federal housing funds annually from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for its Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program.
