COAST CITIES — Junior Achievement (JA) of San Diego invites the community to participate in two signature events — San Diego Business Hall of Fame on Sept. 17, and the JA Golf Classic on Sept. 18 at The Grand Del Mar, 5300 Grand Del Mar Court, San Diego.
The 26th annual Business Hall of Fame will honor San Diego’s best in business and philanthropy. This black-tie event will feature dinner, auction and an awards presentation for the 2014 Hall of Fame laureates:
— Linden Blue, co-owner and vice chairman, General Atomics
— Ronne Froman, Retired Rear Adm., U.S. Navy
— Michael W. Murphy, president and CEO, Sharp HealthCare
Junior Achievement’s Hall of Fame honors prominent members of the business community for their professional accomplishments and valuable contributions to San Diego.
Presented by the San Diego Fluid System Technologies, JA Golf Classic will take place at The Grand Golf Club. Junior Achievement invites community members to experience JA’s exclusive event at the five-star resort and play golf, meet top business executives and network.
Proceeds from the events will support Junior Achievement’s programs that provide kindergarten through 12th grade students the skills needed to succeed in the global economy.
Sponsorships, tables and foursomes are available. Contact Tara Michener at firstname.lastname@example.org or (619) 906-4902 for more information.
